In the early hours of each morning, the kitchen chef prepares and cooks the food to set up the breakfast buffet essentially made up of zero-mile, fresh and seasonal products.His team assists him under his control.

The buffet includes the following offer: American coffee, espresso coffee, barley coffee, fresh whole milk, hot chocolate, various flavors of infusions, fruit juices, syrups of various flavors, fresh seasonal fruit, fresh fruit salad, bread /baguette of the day, bread for toast, both white and whole meal, simple and chocolate corn flakes, biscuits, jams, chocolate spreads, butter, simple and chocolate sweet donuts, various types of croissants and fillings delivered every morning by the oven, sliced cooked ham, sliced Hungarian salami, sliced Fiorucci mortadella with pistachio, sliced Fiorucci turkey breast, sliced cheese, eggs, tomato salad, rice salad, corn salad, fennel in dip, omelettes, cooked vegetables, and different types of cakes.

In addition to surprises due to the chef's initiative, the following cakes are very frequent in every daily buffet:

- Grandma and Grandpa's Tarts: an irresistible pair of tarts that combine grandma's traditional flavor with grandpa's indulgent touch. Perfect to satisfy the sweet desires of every generation.
- Sunflower Cake: a cake that brings the sun directly to your plate. With its soft filling and an irresistible sunflower-shaped decoration; this cake is an explosion of joy and sweetness.
- Tarts of various types: our selection of tarts ranges from classic jam variations to seasonal creations, offering a wide range of flavors to satisfy all palates.
- Cream and Strawberry Roll: a light and fluffy roll, enriched with a delicate cream and fresh strawberries. A touch of freshness in every bite.
- Cocoa Roll: For chocolate lovers, our Cocoa Roll is a decadent delight that will captivate your senses.

If notified in advance, our breakfast can also take into account any allergies of our customers.The hotel, with a request in advance of at least 24 hours, made at the reception or via email (info@hoteltempiodipallade.it):
• Provides our customers with breakfast/lunch/dinner boxes.
Lunch or dinner in the restaurant inside the hotel, compatibly with the availability of the staff and the room, for groups of our customers with a minimum of 20 people.

Both services, carried out with fresh food, with the same characteristics as those offered for breakfast, are at a low and absolutely competitive cost.
